With certifications in Dare to Lead™ and MBTI, a Master’s in Organization Development & Change Management, and nearly two decades of experience growing inclusive, values-driven teams (especially in healthcare and high-stakes environments), I help leaders bring more humanity into how they lead, communicate, and connect.

Whether I’m guiding a team through a leadership retreat, helping an executive navigate burnout with compassion, or speaking on stage to hundreds of HR professionals—I lead with heart, backed by research and lived experience. As a caregiver to my father-in-law with dementia, a bonus mom to three incredible young women, and a lifelong culture shifter, I know that leadership is life—and life is the ultimate classroom.
