Both. I offer virtual and in-person coaching, workshops, keynotes, and retreat facilitation. I'm based in Medford, Oregon and available to travel nationally for in-person engagements. Many of my coaching clients work with me virtually and find it just as effective. For workshops and retreats, both formats work well depending on your team's needs and preferences.

I can typically begin within two to three weeks of our initial conversation.
