Culture doesn't change because of a poster on the wall. It changes because people practice something different, together, in the room.
Kristi Frederick has spent 20 years designing rooms where teams do the work most trainings only talk about: soft skills, culture, leadership development, and organization development, the whole underneath of how people actually work together. She learned the hard way, leading people through COVID and the Almeda fires, that crews follow orders, but teams trust each other. Every workshop is built to teach the second kind. Expect brave and kind in the same breath: the hard thing gets said, and you'll feel cared for while it's being said. Here's what I know to be true: a team can't rumble with the hard conversations until they trust the room enough to be imperfect in it. That's the real work underneath every exercise, every reflection, every Courage Treat passed around the circle, building a room safe enough to be human in, so the truth can actually get said.

Ways to Work Together
Culture & Team Trust Workshop
For teams ready to build a shared language for trust
A focused, high-energy session on the behaviors that actually build trust: showing up, following through, and telling the truth even when it's uncomfortable. Teams leave with a shared language and the Courage Treats to make the practicing feel lighter than it sounds.
Ideal for: teams building a shared culture, new team formations, post-conflict resets
Feedback Culture Intensive
For teams ready to practice the hard conversations
Most teams avoid feedback because no one ever taught them how to do it well. This intensive builds the muscle: clear, kind, direct feedback that actually changes behavior, practiced in the room until it feels natural.
Ideal for: teams stuck in politeness, cross-functional friction, leadership cohorts
Custom Leadership & Culture Engagement
For organizations building leaders at scale
Every organization is carrying something different. This engagement is built around what your leaders actually need, whether that's a multi-session series, a culture audit, or an embedded coaching cohort. We co-create the container together.
Ideal for: organizations investing in leadership pipelines, culture transformation initiatives

Here's what I know to be true: the teams that thrive aren't the ones with the fewest hard conversations. They're the ones who know how to have them and still like each other after.
